Turbulent Kisses (#5) holds off Wildroses101 (#10) and Chrissy Ledoux (#2) in the $30,000 Allred Brothers Stakes Saturday at Turf Paradise Racetrack.

PHOENIX, AZ—JANUARY 28, 2023—Coming off a win in the Jingle All The Way Stakes on December 21st, Turbulent Kisses held off post time favorite WIldroses101 to win the $30,000 Allred Brothers Stakes by a nose Saturday afternoon at Turf Paradise Racetrack. Chrissy Ledoux was another nose back in a blanket-finish for third.

Under jockey Aaron Belloc Turbulent Kisses dueled early then held on to complete the 300 yards in :15.465 seconds, a 101 speed index.  It was the sixth career win in 18 starts for the 5-year-old son of multiple stake sire Turbulent Times.

Heraclio  Botello trains the California-bred gelding for owner Francisco J. Ayon. The $17,856 winner's purse boosted his earnings mark to $77,686. Jose De Jesus Ubario bred Turbulent Kisses from the Toast To Dash mare Kisses Calientes.

Also starting off a stakes victory in his last start WIldroses101 earned $5,760 for finishing second. Ricardo Saldana saddled the Ja Jess Perfect 5-year-old for owner Ferrari Racing Stables.

Bryon Gardner bred Wildroses101 in Texas from the Valiant Hero mare Wees In My Roses. The multiple stakes winner has earned $107,755 in 24 starts.

Chrissy Ledoux, under jockey Luis Valenzuela, earned $2,880 for third. Trainer Matthew Fales saddled the Arizona homebred for owner-breeders Ralph and Carolyn Fales. The multiple stakes winning daughter of FDD Dynasty ,from the Jesse James Jr mare Jess On Looke, has earned $81,361.

Looke N At Me, This Famous Dream, Walk To The Top, Mister Bigg, Thru My Eyes and Too Sass For You completed the field.
