AMARILLO, TX—JUNE 17, 2022—The American Quarter Horse Association released the following ruling for a horse who competed in a 2022 "Stakes Race" that required disqualifications due to medication positives.

SS CLASSYJESS has been disqualified from 2nd place in the Easy Date Stakes (G3) race held on April 16, 2022, due to a medication violation for Boldenone, a Class 3/B substance.

Jose Carrizales was the trainer.

Valiant Stars was moved to second, earning $14,910 and One Kool Dreamer to third, earning $8,200.
