Leann Noguera has been named Vice President of Operations for StallioneSearch.com.

DALLAS, TX–MARCH 2, 2024–StallioneSearch.com is proud to announce and welcome Leann Noguera as the company's new Vice President of Operations. We are thrilled to have her join our team and humbled by the expertise and fresh perspectives she will bring to StallioneSearch.com.

Leann has been employed in the horse racing industry for 25 years, specializing in research, graphic communications and news media publications. She has an extensive background in news media research, online data implementations and the horse racing industry in general.

StallioneSearch.com's CEO David Smith said, "I look forward to working closely together with Leann and Greg Thompson, SeS Vice President of Sales, Media and Marketing, on our mission to continue as the industry's favorite news source."

While majoring in graphic communications and minoring in Spanish, Leann started working for Speedhorse Magazine where she remained as Production Manager and Creative Director for nearly 22 years from 1999 to 2021. In fact, she attributes much of her success to the knowledge she gained while employed there.

During her successful tenure at Speedhorse she oversaw the flow of business operations, managed the sales department and served as the Spanish speaking liaison for clientele.

In 2021 she went to work for Future Fortunes as their Graphic Designer and Marketing Director until February of this year. Leann orchestrated all of the social media and website designs, managed stallions and foal enrollments as well as implemented the adaptation of online payment systems and form submissions.

She has also owned a graphic design and research business since 2005 under LN Graphic Designs, specializing in the horse racing and media publications industry. Leann has freelanced for several companies in the horse racing industry over the years, including many stallion owners, Robin Glenn Pedigrees and AQHA.

Leann currently resides in Norman, Oklahoma with her husband Patrick, where she can frequent several racetracks within a short driving distance of her home.

While not working, she enjoys the outdoors as much as possible, including hiking, fishing, kayaking and swimming. She also likes traveling and spends much of her time with her very large extended family, whom she travels with often. Leann loves taking weekend trips with Patrick to the many lakes and rivers Oklahoma has to offer and doting on their one furry friend "Big Cat."

As the Vice President of Operations for StallioneSearch.com, Leann will be guiding the workflow of team members while also contributing to research, design and data updates of the website. She will be responsible for the general management of all day to day operations as well as assisting in the technical aspects of taking StallioneSearch.com to the next level.

"I am honored and very excited to be joining David and Greg at StallioneSearch. We have a lot of new ideas and plans for the future and can't wait to get started on them," states Leann.

StallioneSearch.com expects to launch an updated mobile friendly version of its website in the next couple of years and Leann and Greg will play important roles in the redesign of the site.

"I am delighted to have a former colleague joining the team here at StallioneSearch," Thompson said. "Leann’s experience and knowledge of the industry is such a big boost to the roster here, and she is just what the organization needed in order to expand the business in the racing world.”
