GATESVILLE, TX—MAY 11, 2015—All four horses sired by multiple stakes sire Rock Solid Jess who participated in the AQHA Racing Challenge races at Remington Park in Oklahoma City Sunday finished in the money.
They are all Texas homebreds trained by Tammy Kay Johnson and owned by Rockin J Running Horses and/or Tammy Johnson and Jack Manning.
The son of leading sire Mr Jess Perry sired Rockin Disco, winner of the $108,360 Bank of America Challenge Championship(G2), after setting the fastest qualifying time in the April 25th trials. The 4-year-old is perfect 3-for-3 this season and has earned $65,379 in 2015. His lifetime record stands at (30) 10-6-4 with $197,354 banked.

Rock Princess put in a solid effort to finish second by a neck in the $50, 580 Merial Oklahoma Distaff Challenge(G3).
From a limited number of starters in four crops to race, Grade 1 winner Rock Solid Jess has sired 17 winners, eight stakes horses(23%) with average earnings per starter of more than $20,000.
