OPELOUSAS, LA–OCTOBER 31, 2023–Famous Painted One, a top 15 second-crop sire of money earners from limited starters, will stand his first year to the public in 2024 at Louisiana Center For Equine Reproduction in Opelousas. His fee has been set at $1,000 with consideration.

Owned by Harold "Gus" Jeanotte, Famous Painted One is an unraced son of leading sire One Famous Eagle from the Grade 1 winning and multiple Grade 1 producing Pyc Paint Your Wagon mare First Painted Sign.

"This stallion is really unique. He has a very strong family, up and down his page. Although he has had hardly any public exposure, he is showing tremendous potential with the stats and numbers that he has shown in his first eight starters," LACER Stallion Manager Stephen Deville said.
