RG Miracle to Make Sophomore Debut in Animas Stakes

FARMINGTON, NM—APRIL 18, 2016—RG Miracle, a homebred gray Hearts Miracle gelding owned by Shirley Grisham of Albuquerque, will make his 3-year-old debut in Friday’s 400-yard, $35,000 Animas Stakes for sophomores at SunRay Park.

Trained by Ken Grisham, RG Miracle earned $180,606 from nine outs during his 2-year-old campaign, and his four wins included a one-length victory in the 350-yard, $100,000 New Mexico Breeders’ Futurity (RG3) at SunRay Park, and a wire-to-wire, 1 1/4 length win in the September 26, 400-yard Downs at Albuquerque Futurity (R).

RG Miracle drew post 8 and will be ridden by Jose Luis Enriquez.
