Ten Entered in Grants Pass Downs’ Rogue River Handicap

GRANTS PASS, OR—OCTOBER 29, 2020—Ten sprinters are entered in Monday’s 400-yard, $11,000 Rogue River Handicap (not blacktype) at Grants Pass Downs.

Mertello Baird’s DF Storm Tales, a 3-year-old son of the Pyc Paint Your Wagon stallion Wagon Tales trained by Kyndra McKinney, is coming off of a third-place finish, a head behind winner Fooses Flyer, in the 400-yard, $26,000 Autumn Derby at Grants Pass Downs on October 12. One of only two sophomores in the race, the gelding has won two of five races and has earned $10,567 this year.

DF Storm Tales drew post 7 and will be ridden by Nakia Ramirez.
