FDD Dreams Is the 2025 World Champion Racing American Quarter Horse

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK–JANUARY 14, 2026–Following an impressive year on the racetrack, the sophomore FDD Dreams has been crowned the 2025 World Champion Racing American Quarter Horse. He is also the sport’s champion 3-year-old gelding and champion 3-year-old.

A homebred racing for La Feliz Montana Ranch LLC, FDD Dreams became the first horse since See Me Do It in 1989 to win both the All American Derby (G1) and then the Champion of Champions (G1) against older horses. She was also crowned world champion.

In addition to those two major victories, FDD Dreams also won the Ruidoso Derby (G1) and qualified to the Los Alamitos Super Derby (G1).

The gelded son of FDD Dynasty out of the Apollitical Jess mare Treasured Dreams won five of his eight starts, with two placings and one sixth-place finish. He earned $1,281,034. His career total stands at 10 wins from 17 starts and $2,151,835.

Political Twist, who is also co-owned by La Feliz Montana Ranch LLC in partnership with Ray Willis, was named the champion 2-year-old as well as the champion 2-year-old gelding. Enforce, owned by West Texas Racing Partners, is the champion 2-year-old colt. Flying Joy 1 is the champion 2-year-old filly for owner David R. Rogers.

Hooked N Gone is the champion aged horse and the champion aged gelding. He was raced by his breeder, Regina Laymon. Stacy Martin’s Curls Joyful Wagon is the champion aged mare, and Reliance Ranches LLC’s Unrelentless is the champion aged stallion.

Handin Out Candy is the champion distance horse for owner Emilio Perez. Had To Be Fabulous repeats as the Canadian champion for breeders and owners Carol and Jaime Robertson. The Mexican champion is Mexico triple crown winner Rey De Manny, who is owned by Joel Reyes Camelo.

Feliz Montana Ranch LLC was named the champion owner, and MJ Farms repeats as the champion breeder. Xavier E. Rodriguez was named the Blane Schvaneveldt champion trainer and Luis Martinez was crowned as the champion jockey.
