OKLAHOMA CITY, OK–JUNE 1, 2025–StallioneSearch.com continues its webcast coverage of the 2025 Heritage Place Futurity (G1), Heritage Place Derby (G2), and Heritage Place Oaks (G2) weekend from Remington Park in Oklahoma City.
In this episode, we feature the running of the $1.16 million Heritage Place Futurity (G1), the finale of a 12-stakes race card that concluded the 2025 Quarter Horse meet.
History was made Saturday night, as Apollirevenge and Effortless Favorite finished in a rare dead-heat, becoming co-winners of the prestigious Grade 1 event—marking the first dead-heat in the race’s history since its inception in 1990.
The pair of undefeated juveniles stopped the clock in 17.497 seconds, each earning $342,498 for their connections. Apollirevenge, a daughter of A Revenant, surged from post seven under jockey Francisco Calderon, while Effortless Favorite, a son of Favorite Cartel, closed powerfully along the rail with Francisco Ramirez Jr. aboard. Both horses remain undefeated in three starts.
