First post is scheduled for 11:30 a.m.

Stakes action begins in race ten with the $40,000-added Mile High Derby, set for approximately 3:15 p.m. and featuring the ten fastest qualifiers from the October 31 trial heats.

Sheza Fearless Eagle has been installed as the 2-1 morning-line favorite after dominating her heat by 3 ¼ lengths to set the fastest qualifying time. The filly has enjoyed an outstanding season, qualifying for the G2 Heritage Place Oaks and the G1 All American Oaks, and capturing the $56,000 Lucile Rowe Derby. She has earned $237,389 for owner Jill Cook.

Ronda Rowsey, listed as the 2-1 morning-line favorite, finished second in her trial to set the second-fastest qualifying time. She captured the $64,000 Cherry Creek Futurity earlier this year and has compiled a record of two wins, two seconds, and two thirds from eight starts, earning $36,484.

The Colorado-bred filly, owned and bred by George L. Seward, is by Favorite Cartel and out of Ms Jess Knockout by Apollitical Jess. Manriquez also conditions Ronda Rowsey, who will start from post four with Mauro J. Rodriguez retaining the mount. The Mile High Futurity is slated for approximately 3:40 p.m.

The season will conclude with the $15,000-added Rocky Mountain Championship Stakes, drawing a field of six aged runners set to go 440 yards.

Presido Pete headlines the lineup as the even-money favorite. The four-year-old has won eight races, including this year’s Dolls Prodigy Stakes and Leo Beau Dash Stakes, increasing his career earnings to $121,672.

The Colorado homebred, owned by Francisco J. Cornejo, is by The Marfa Lights and out of Tahiti Wave by Wave Carver. Haley N. Hobbs will send him out from post four with regular rider Fernando Fonseca-Soto.
