MEXICO CITY, MEX–MAY 10, 2026–My Lady Tempting redeemed herself in style Sunday night, powering home to capture the $24,600 Revelacion Classic at Hipodromo de las Americas and secure the first black type victory of her career.
Racing over a rain-soaked track, the filly delivered a commanding performance in the 350-yard stakes, earning a $12,300 paycheck for owner Cuadra Bronco Rider.

The daughter of Tempting Dash entered the race off a fourth-place effort in the Chirina Glorys Classic but turned the tables with a determined score in the final race on the Sunday program.
Trained by Luis Aldo Flores, the four-year-old filly improved her bankroll to $29,300 from nine starts. Her resume also includes a runner-up finish in last year’s AQHA Derby Challenge, along with stakes appearances in the 2025 Derby Las Americas and the 2026 Chirina Glorys Classic.
Bred in Utah by Michael Isom, My Lady Tempting is out of Splendifferous by Mr Jess Perry. She was a $32,000 purchase at the 2023 Heritage Place Yearling Sale.
One Favorite Hero finished second after rallying from the outside post under Arturo Vega Moreno for trainer Octavio Ivan Becerra and owner Cuadra C R T. The four-year-old gelding earned his first black type placing and now sports a record of 3-3-1 from 15 starts with earnings of $21,550.
The Oklahoma-bred gelding is a son of One Valiant Hero. Bred by Dunn Ranch, he is out of Favorite Chamisa V by Good Reason SA. He was sold for $13,500 at last year’s Heritage Place Winter Mixed Sale.
Enstrom rounded out the trifecta in his seasonal debut while making his first start of the year. Mario Alberto López Marmolejo guided the gelding to third for trainer Alfredo Rabanal Salinas and owner Rancho Las Gaviotas. The effort gave Enstrom his first black type and lifted his record to 2-1-2 from 11 career starts, with earnings climbing to $35,200.
Bred in Texas by Bobby D. Cox, Ernstrom is a son of leading sire Jess Good Candy. The gelding is out of All N The Jeans by Corona Cartel and was a $13,000 graduate of the Heritage Place Winter Mixed Sale.
