Milagro Lady Drives Home A Gate-To-Wire Victory in the Miss Quick Stakes
Milagro Lady, ridden by Jayden Ironeyes, surges home to win Friday’s $4,500 Miss Quick Stakes at Blackfoot by a half-length over Jazzing Dynasty, with Go My First Doll finishing third.

Milagro Lady Drives Home A Gate-To-Wire Victory in the Miss Quick Stakes

BLACKFOOT, ID–SEPTEMBER 5, 2025–Milagro Lady powered home with a wire-to-wire finish to capture the $4,500 Miss Quick Stakes (not black type) Friday afternoon at the Eastern Idaho State Fairgrounds.

Under jockey Jayden Ironeyes, the 5-year-old mare stopped the clock in 17.637 seconds for 350 yards on a fast track, earning a 104 speed index. Favored to win, Milagro Lady’s ½-length paid $4.20 to win.

Trained by Kayla Warren, the sorrel mare has now won six of 29 career starts with earnings of $216,116. She is a multiple stakes finalist, including her victory in the 2023 New Mexico Fillies and Mares Championship-G1.

Bred in New Mexico by R. Stratton and S & N Edwards, Milagro Lady, out of Ping Pong Patty, by Jesse James Jr. The daughter of Rite Favorite is owned by Neal Edwards.

Jazzing Dynasty, a solid runner-up, crossed the wire a half-length behind the winner with Jose Figueroa in the irons for trainer Wes Kellett and owner Wes Kellett. The 4-year-old filly posted a time of 17.694 seconds with a 103 speed index.

The daughter of Jr Dynasty Mountain was bred in Utah by Ross L. Herrick out of Jazzing Jenna, by Jazzing Hi. Jazzing Dynasty has compiled seven wins in 20 starts with earnings of $80,794. Her résumé includes four career stakes victories, among them last year’s Weber Downs Fillies Derby and Elko Derby.

Finishing third was Go My First Doll, rallying evenly under jockey Carlos Castruita for trainer Cresencio Ortiz and owner-breeder Gloria F. Ortiz. The 3-year-old filly clocked 17.887 seconds with a 96 speed index, three-quarters of a length behind the runner-up.

Go My First Dol is by Bs Gimme Five and out of Eyem Country, by Hes Relentless. She has two wins from 16 starts with earnings of $7,757. Just last week, she was second in the Zoom Zoom Zoom Stakes.

Moonys Lil Flicka, Concealed Karie, and Jj Miss Jessie Bug completed the order of finish.
