OKLAHOMA CITY, OK–MAY 31, 2025–Relentless Knockout delivered a sharp performance to capture the $75,000 FL Lady Bug Stakes at Remington Park, covering 350 yards in 17.614 seconds over a fast track.
The 2-year-old filly notched her most significant win to date under the guidance of jockey Juan Pulido, securing the $43,200 winner’s share in a competitive field of juvenile fillies. The winner’s share increased her lifetime earnings to $58,615 and improved her record to two wins from three starts.
Relentless Knockout clocked a 90 speed index in her gate-to-wire victory, defeating Bp Hail Mary and jockey Roman Cruz by 3/4-lengths at the finish. The two-year-old filly’s winning effort paid $13.60 to win on 5-1 odds.

Bred, owned, and trained in Oklahoma by Cristian Alcala of Alcala Ranch, Relentless Knockout is a bay daughter of champion sire Hes Relentless out of Whatta Tres Knockout, by Tres Seis.
Runner-up honors went to Bp Hail Mary, a brown filly sire by Corona Cartel. She has lit the board in every out from five starts with two wins, two seconds, and one third-place finish. She won the Laico Bird Stakes-G3 earlier this season at Remington Park.
Bred and owned by Bill Price of Oklahoma, Bp Hail Mary is out of Hf Stormi Daniels, by Tempting Dash. She is conditioned by Dee Keener and finished just a nose behind the winner. She earned $14,400 for the effort, increasing her lifetime earnings to $72,331.
Finishing third was Tell Sashay Shes Hot, ridden by Edwin Escobedo. The daughter top three leading second-year sire Tell Cartel, she has one win from four starts and $25,326 in the bank. Trained by Ramon Mendoza, she placed fifth in the Remington Park Juvenile Stakes earlier in the season.
Tell Sashay Shes Hot was bred by Monty McNair and is owned by Buckway Ranch LLC. She was a $32,000 repurchase at the 2024 Heritage Place Yearling Sale.
Beltane, Shez An Outgoing Gal, Bernina Express, Queen Sin Tacha, and Illegal Cowgirl 123 complete the order of finish.
