NORMAN, OK–MAY 11, 2026–Four-time World Champion sire FDD Dynasty continues to add to one of the most accomplished sire records in Quarter Horse racing, while younger standout Hes Relentless keeps building momentum as one of the sport’s fastest rising sires.
FDD Dynasty will be represented by multiple qualifiers in the upcoming $335,800 Heritage Place Derby (G2) on May 30, including Argyles and Maverykk. The stallion will also have Duplicate Kopy entered in the Spring Classic Maiden Frolic on May 25.
Argyles earned his first win of the season in the Heritage Place Derby trials under jockey Jonathan Dominguez. Bred by Cavenaugh Quarter Horses, the brown colt is out of Three Fancy Socks by Pyc Paint Your Wagon. He now has four wins from 10 starts with $52,385 in earnings, including a fourth-place finish in the Easy Jet Stakes (G3) last season.
Maverykk has yet to win this season but owns two career victories from seven starts with $63,645 in earnings. The colt was a finalist in last year’s Texas Classic Futurity (G1). Francisco Calderon rode the colt for trainer Justin Joiner in the Heritage Place Derby trials for owners Lucky Ladies. Bred by Jordan Wiggins and Lindsey Cheek, he is out of A Pollitical Phoebe by Apollitical Jess.
Duplicate Kopy remains a maiden heading into the Spring Classic Maiden Frolic. Edward McNelis bred and owns the runner, who is trained by Famiro Fregoso and ridden by Eric Ayala.
Now with his 16th crop on the track, FDD Dynasty has sired more than $42 million in earners and 216 black-type horses. His remarkable influence includes a record six World Champion titles earned by four different horses.
The son of First Down Dash added multiple stakes winners to his 2026 résumé this spring, including Hendry and Annes Dynasty.
Hendry captured the $100,000 West Texas Juvenile Stakes at Sunland Park in only his second career start. Ridden by Oscar Andrade Jr. for owners Tungsten Racing Partnership, the gelding earned $47,000 and is trained by Tony Sedillo. MJ Farms bred Hendry in New Mexico out of Fanncee by Big Daddy Cartel.
At Turf Paradise, Annes Dynasty remained unbeaten with another victory in the $56,430 AQRA Open Presidents Spring Futurity. The filly races for owner and breeder Jose Antonio De Santiago and is trained by Alex J. Torres-Casas. She is out of Republic Anne by Apollitical Jess.
Hes Relentless will also be represented by an upcoming stakes qualifier when Miss American lines up in the $100,000 Heritage Place Juvenile on May 30.
Trainer Jason Olmstead saddled Miss American to her qualifying effort under jockey Ramiro Garcia. Breeder Tom Maher owns the juvenile filly in partnership with Amber Olmstead. She is out of Tritoon by Tres Seis.
From only eight crops to race, Hes Relentless has already sired more than $21.5 million in earners, 288 winners, and 120 black-type horses from 505 starters. His average earnings per starter exceed $42,500.
The son of One Famous Eagle is recognized as the youngest sire to surpass $20 million in progeny earnings. He is also the youngest stallion to sire a $2 million earner and champions during the 2023 through 2025 seasons.
