WEIMER, TX—FEBRUARY 11, 2026—Texano Oaks Ranch proudly announces that A Tempting Proposal will stand his first season at stud in 2026 at the Texas-based operation. His fee is set at $1,500, with consideration to approved mares.

“We’re excited to stand a young stallion with this kind of depth in his pedigree,” said Josh Anzaldua, Texano Oaks Ranch Manager. “He comes from a family that consistently produces runners and leading sires. We believe A Tempting Proposal gives breeders access to proven bloodlines with real commercial appeal, and we’re confident he’ll make his mark in Texas and beyond.”

Bred in Texas by Omar Paredes, A Tempting Proposal was foaled in 2020. He is out of the Game Patriot mare Mary Me Anna. The son of Champion Tempting Dash was forced to retire from racing after suffering a suspensory injury last year.

Backed by an elite pedigree, A Tempting Proposal represents a family rich in champions and influential sires on both sides.

His sire, Champion Tempting Dash SI 112 ($673,970), has sired earners of more than $23.2 million, including champion Kiss My Hocks SI 109 ($1,199,385), Dashing Tres ($1,045,090), Aint She Tempting SI 97 ($727,427), and Hotsempting SI 99 ($682,793).

A Tempting Proposal is a half-brother to 2025 leading second-year sire Chilitos SI 103 ($454,413), whose first two crops have already produced more than $3 million in earnings, including 2025 Grade 1 All American Oaks runner-up Apolitical Chilitas SI 98 ($333,202).

His dam, Mary Me Anna SI 105 ($48,158), is a stakes-placed winner and track record setter. She is a multiple black-type producer with six winners and nearly $1 million in earners to her credit.

Mary Me Anna is a half-sister to two-time champion and track record setter Kiss My Hocks SI 109 ($1,199,385), who is a champion sire with more than $17 million in progeny earnings. She is also a half-sister to the dam of Old South Futurity winner and TQHA Sale Futurity-G1 finalist Hawkabye Baby SI 97 ($133,058).

His second dam, Romancing Mary SI 103 ($163,294), is a champion producer and Grade 1 runner-up. She is the dam of 11 winners and 15 ROM from 16 starters.

With proven speed, durability, and a pedigree anchored by leading sires, A Tempting Proposal offers breeders an opportunity to tap into a line that consistently produces champions, stakes winners and track record setters.
