MEXICO CITY, MEX–JUNE 30, 2025–Rey De Manny lived up to his billing as the heavy favorite with a gate-to-wire romp in Sunday’s $240,000 Garanones Futurity-RG2 at the Hipódromo de las Américas.

The undefeated son of Krash Cartel broke sharply from post six and never looked back, streaking 300 yards in 15.06 seconds to register a sharp 95 speed index. With Nestor Duran in the irons for trainer Ashley Cirilo, Rey De Manny earned the winner’s share of $ $135,000 and pushed his career earnings to $1,243,026.

Bred in Mexico by Abelardo Gallegos, Rey De Manny is out of the Jesse James Jr mare Jess Blazin Queen. He is campaigned by Cuadra San Martin and has now rattled off four straight victories to open his career, including the prestigious Mexico Futurity earlier this year.
