OKLAHOMA CITY, OK–April 15, 2026—On the Saturday night card at Remington Park, twelve races are scheduled, with nine restricted to Oklahoma-Breds, setting the stage for a powerful evening honoring the state’s elite bloodlines. The stakes-filled program features the G2 $50,000 Bob Moore Memorial Stakes, the $75,000 Laico Bird Stakes, the G2 $75,000 Easy Date Stakes, the $75,000 Mr Master Bug Stakes, the $100,000 Remington Park Juvenile Stakes, the $100,000 Dee Raper Sooner State Stakes, the RG3 $182,720 Remington Park Oaks, the RG1 $217,910 Remington Park Derby, and the headline event, the RG1 $971,955 Remington Park Futurity. The night carries strong meaning for breeders, owners, trainers, and jockeys dedicated to the Oklahoma-bred program.
The feature race of the evening, the RG1 $971,955 Remington Park Futurity, will be contested as the twelfth and final race, bringing together the top juveniles from the April 2nd and 3rd trial heats.
Leading the field as the 3-1 morning-line favorite is Apoliticalgolddigger. The colt has made two starts, breaking his maiden on March 12th with a narrow victory at 250 yards before returning to win his trial by a half-length, recording the fastest time from night one.
Owned by Javier Cruz, who purchased him for $86,000 at the Heritage Place Yearling Sale, the colt is sired by Apollitical Jess and out of Ashleys Gold Digger by Heza Fast Man. Trained by Josue Jacob Garcia, he will break from post nine with leading rider Juan Pulido aboard.
Whatdoyathinkofmenow enters as the fastest qualifier from both nights of trials and brings a strong foundation into the final. The Cyber Monday colt opened his preparation with a training race win at Retama Park in :13.82 at 250 yards before shipping to Remington Park. Over a sloppy surface with a tailwind, he delivered a determined performance to win his trial by a half-length.
Bred by Southfork Equine, LLC., and LS Racing, Inc., and purchased for $65,000 by Horton Racing, LLC., he is trained by John Stinebaugh and will break from post ten with Francisco Calderon returning to ride.
Ten Oklahoma-bred juveniles will line up under the lights in pursuit of the richest Oklahoma-bred futurity, covering 330 yards with a scheduled post time of approximately 11:03 PM.
The RG1 $217,910 Remington Park Derby in race eleven will feature the top Oklahoma-bred three-year-olds from the April 4th trials.
Cyber Command III leads the field as the 2-1 morning-line favorite, entering undefeated in two starts this season. After a decisive allowance win in March, he returned to dominate his trial by two and a quarter length, earning the second-fastest qualifying time.
The Cyber Monday gelding, out of Df Apollitical Sign by Apollitical Jess, was bred in Oklahoma by Jovetta Meredith and is trained by Leonardo Alcala for owner Rudy Rudolfo I. Munoz, with Juan Pulido aboard from post eight.
JC Speeding, listed at 5-2 odds, brings versatility and proven class as both a Quarter Horse and Paint competitor. A track record setter at 330- and 350-yards last season, he earned APHA World Champion honors and continues to prove himself against top company.
He enters off a wire-to-wire trial victory and boasts a résumé that includes a second-place finish in the $200,000 All American Juvenile and a third-place effort in the G1 $911,000 Texas Classic Futurity. Owned by Planefun, LLC., and trained by Dee Keener, the colt will break from post nine with James A. Flores aboard.
Race ten will feature the RG3 $182,720 Remington Park Oaks, bringing together the top Oklahoma-bred three-year-old fillies.
Emerald Bay leads the field as the 5-2 morning-line favorite, carrying consistent form that includes multiple wins and a third-place finish in the G3 Oklahoma Derby.
The Flying Cowboy 123 filly, out of Aqua Girl by Corona Cartel, is a homebred for Wishbone Partnership and will break from post three under James A. Flores for trainer Dee Keener.
Dr Americas Dynasty enters as a strong contender at 3-1 odds following a determined head victory in her trial. The Ivory James filly, out of Americas Dynasty by Fdd Dynasty, previously qualified for the Heritage Place Futurity and has earned over $124,000 in her career.
Bred and owned by Dunn Ranches, she is trained by Jed Vane and will break from post nine with Juan Pulido aboard.
With stakes action beginning in race four and building to the featured Futurity finale, the Saturday night program at Remington Park promises a competitive and high-stakes evening as Oklahoma-bred runners compete for top honors under the lights. See related story for the undercard stakes preview.
