ALBUQUERQUE, NM–AUGUST 8, 2025–StallioneSearch.com concludes its coverage of the 2025 All American Futurity (G1), Derby (G1), and Oaks (G1) with results from Wednesday’s $700,898 All American Oaks (G1) trials for three-year-old fillies.
Sharing the afternoon program with the All American Derby (G1), the Oaks trials opened the card with the first four races and featured top sophomore fillies vying for a spot in the Grade 1 classic.
Each competitor faced the full 440 yards in an effort to post one of the day’s ten fastest times and secure a berth in the rich Labor Day finale. The winner will take home $294,377, with last place in the final worth $15,770.
Razor Sharp, by Tempting Dash, set the fastest time of the day at 20.997 seconds with a 103 speed index in the final trial. Ridden by Sergio Becerra Jr, the $67,000 Heritage Place Yearling Sale purchase held off Karmas A Chick in a determined stretch run.
Footage of Razor Sharp’s fastest-qualifying performance will be featured in the video recap, along with an interview with jockey Sergio Becerra Jr.
