ELGIN, TX–JUNE 4, 2026– The Texas Quarter Horse Association has released the 2026 catalog for the 29th Annual TQHA Yearling Sale, featuring 420 Accredited Texas-Bred yearlings.

The sale will be held July 24-25 at Exposition Hall at The Freeman in San Antonio, with each session beginning at 10 a.m. All yearlings selling through the ring will be eligible for the 2027 $200,000-added TQHA Sale Futurity (RG1).

The annual consignors' and buyers' barbecue is scheduled for Thursday, July 23, beginning at 4 p.m. Information on live-stream viewing options will be released at a later date for those unable to attend in person.

TQHA will offer online bidding. Prospective bidders must complete the required registration form and receive approval from the association. Participants will be required to either deposit funds in advance of the sale or place a credit card on file that will be authorized for their anticipated spending amount prior to the start of the auction.

The deadline to register for online bidding is July 17, 2026. TQHA officials noted that no registrations will be accepted after that date.

A total of 91 stallions are represented in this year's catalog. Leading the list with most offered is KJ Mucho Macho Man, with 42 yearlings consigned. He is followed by Cyber Attack with 35, This Is An Eagle with 23, Flying Cowboy 123 with 22, and One Famous Eagle with 18.

The catalog features pedigrees backed by many of the sport's most accomplished runners and producers, including world champions and leading money earners such as Empressum SI 111 ($2,556,948), Whistle Stop Café SI 101 ($2,335,831), FDD Dreams SI 108 ($2,183,835), Blues Girl Too SI 105 ($2,032,328), Heza Dasha Fire SI 105 ($2,240,112), Apollitical Jess SI 107 ($1,399,831), Merganser SI 105 ($1,373,704), Whosleavingwho SI 105 ($1,334,842), Bodacious Eagle SI 104 ($1,293,444), Last To Fire SI 105 ($1,145,254), Dashs Dream SI 113 ($1,119,610), Freaky SI 118 ($942,222), See Me Do It SI 104 ($913,464), First Down Dash SI 105 ($857,256), Streakin Sin Tacha SI 108 ($692,842), Dashing Folly SI 108 ($535,841), Dash For Cash SI 114 ($507,689) and Special Leader SI 103.
