Lone Star Park revised the start time schedule for Friday, October 24, to accommodate the Texas Classic Futurity trials.

OCTOBER 18, 2025–GRAND PRAIRIE, TX—Lone Star Park officials have announced a revised schedule for this Friday’s (October 24) race card to accommodate an expanded lineup of trial races for the prestigious Texas Classic Futurity.

With additional trials added to the evening’s program, first post time will now be 5:05 p.m., an hour earlier than the usual start.

In conjunction with the earlier post, the veterinary check for horses shipping in will take place at 2:00 p.m. All horses must be on the grounds and ready for inspection by the state veterinarian at that time.

Officials urge trainers and owners to plan ahead to ensure a smooth and timely race day experience.
