Heritage Place Sale Company will conduct its annual Fall Mixed Sale in Oklahoma City from October 30 through November 1.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—OCTOBER 14, 2025—Heritage Place in Oklahoma City will once again serve as the center of the sale ring action this fall, as the annual Heritage Place Fall Mixed Sale takes place October 30 through November 1, featuring Quarter Horse, Paint, and Thoroughbred yearlings along with a large selection of mixed session offerings.

The event begins with a Pre-Sale Party on Wednesday, October 29, hosted by Heritage Place and open to all attendees from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The evening will include live entertainment by Steve Crossley, refreshments, and a viewing session ahead of the sale.

Sale Schedule

Thursday, October 30 — Session One & Two
The first session will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m., featuring Quarter Horse and Paint Yearlings (Hip #1–158), followed by Thoroughbred Yearlings (Hip #159–179).

Friday, October 31 — Session Three
The sale resumes at 10:00 a.m. with Mixed Session offerings (Hip #180–460).
A reception in the Heritage Place Restaurant & Club will follow, featuring live music by the Way Out West Band, sponsored by OQHRA, the Oklahoma City Convention & Visitors Bureau, and the AQHA.

Saturday, November 1 — Session Four
The final day will begin at 10:00 a.m., and the sale will conclude with mixed session horses (Hip #461–744).

Online Bidding and Sale Updates

Heritage Place will again provide online bidding and live webcast coverage for remote participants through HeritagePlace.com.
Those wishing to bid online must register by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28, and advance payment is required for all online bidding.

Consignors are reminded that photo or video slide submissions for Fall Mixed Sale listings must be sent to Shari by October 25, and all registrations and transfers must be on file with the Heritage Place office prior to sale day.

Buyers and sellers can stay informed of catalog changes and consignor updates through the Heritage Place Update Board, which is available on the official website.
