Consignments for the 2025 Heritage Place Fall Mixed Sale are due August 12.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—JULY 15, 2025—Heritage Place has officially announced that consignments are now open for the upcoming 48th Annual Heritage Place Fall Mixed Sale, which will take place October 30, 31, and November 1, 2025.

Consignors are reminded that entries are due by August 12 to take advantage of the discounted consignment fee of $650. Entries received after August 12 will be subject to a fee of $750. All consignments must be received online or at the Heritage Place office by August 12.

Photo Contest for Fall & Winter Mixed Sale

Heritage Place is also hosting a Fall & Winter Mixed Sale Photo Contest, offering participants an opportunity to showcase their consignments with quality images. Complete details, submission guidelines, and contest rules can be found online. All photo submissions must be received by midnight on July 22, 2025.

Yearling Horse Listing Photo Submissions Open

Preparations are also underway for the 47th Annual Heritage Place Quarter Horse Yearling Sale, scheduled for September 17–20, 2025, with the traditional Pre-Sale Party and Sale Horse Viewing set for Tuesday, September 16.

Sellers are reminded to submit a single photo or video slide show for each yearling by August 1, 2025. A Vimeo or YouTube slide show should include images of all four sides, or sellers may submit one quality photo.

Horse listings and the upcoming catalog will be available online as the event draws closer.

Important Repository Deadlines

For the Yearling Sale, consignors are reminded that all registrations and transfers must be on file with the Heritage Place office before the start of the sale. In addition, all repository x-rays must be taken within 30 days of the sale (no earlier than August 18, 2025) and submitted by September 15, 2025. Detailed requirements, including correct views and DICOM tags, can be found on the Heritage Place website.
