OKLAHOMA CITY, OK–JUNE 4, 2025–Consignment contracts for the 47th Annual Heritage Place September Yearling Sale are now available.

The annual three-day sale will be held September 18 through 20 at the Heritage Place Sales pavilion in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Consignments must be received Online or in the office June 10. Fees are $650, ($750 if withheld from sale proceeds) per head. A late fee of $100 will be charged to horses that miss the deadline. The commission is 5% or a $500 minimum commission, whichever is higher.

An assessment of $250.00 per entry will be charged if any problems arise in procuring or processing sale entry paperwork including corrected registration certificates.

Heritage Place offers two great opportunities to sell Yearling race prospects each year. The first is the Annual Quarter Horse Yearling Sale in September, please make sure to consign early as this one will fill up quickly, and the second is a yearling session on day 1 of the Annual Fall Mixed Sale on October 30.

New in 2025, Heritage Place is now offering online submissions on all consignments. Offering contracts online creates unparalleled convenience and ensures contracts are received on time and with the required information. A completed PDF copy will be available for download at the time of submission for your records.
