A medication violation records updates have been made on Equibase for three stakes races held in Texas.

DALLAS, TX—DECEMBER 13, 2023—A recent ruling filed by the Minnesota Racing Commission for 2023 Stakes races that required a disqualification due to a medication positive.

RELENTLESS OKIE has been disqualified from 2nd place in the Canterbury Park Derby race held on August 16, 2023, due to a medication violation for Higenamine, a Class 3/B substance.  Jason Olmstead was the trainer.

The official order of finish is now 1-Beep Beep Rev Rev, 2-Alotta Oh La La, 3-My Candys Relentless, 4-My Vgw Hero, 5-Surprise Party, 6-Surprise Surprise, 7-Davila, 8-Elegan Dynastia 9-Party Like A Hero, 10-Shakalah and 11-Relentless Okie.

Equibase has received the rulings and updated their records.
