SHAKOPEE, MN—JULY 3, 2015—Michael Pohl’s This Wagons Okay is the 2-1 morning-line favorite for Saturday’s $27,500 Great Lakes Bonus Challenge Stakes at Canterbury Park.
A homebred 4-year-old son of Pyc Paint Your Wagon trained by Stacy Charette-Hill, This Wagons Okay has won five of 12 outs and has banked $94,815. From October 4-May 7, the gelding assembled a four-race win streak that included a nose victory in the $106,000 Altoona Derby at Prairie Meadows on October 18.
This Wagons Okay drew post 7 and will be ridden by Jorge Torres in the 400-yard Great Lakes Bonus Challenge.
