BOSSIER CITY, LA–MARCH 12, 2024–Lett It Happen, a 5-year-old Jet Black Patriot stallion racing for Eutimio Torres, is the 8-5 morning-line favorite for Saturday's 400-yard, $30,000 Lip Chip Stakes at Louisiana Downs.

Lett It Happen made his season debut with a three-quarter length win in the February 28, 350-yard Mr Jess Perry Stakes (R) for Louisiana-breds. The stallion earned $51,415 from 10 races last year, and he ended his 4-year-old campaign with a second-place finish, three-quarters of a length behind winner Mr Crawfish, in the December 16, 440-yard Louisiana Champions Day Classic Stakes (RG2) at Evangeline Downs.

Lett It Happen drew post 3 and will be ridden by Arnulfo Gutierrez for trainer Gilberto Rosales.
