Owned by Cory Kilgore, the 4-year-old son of G2 winner and multiple stakes sire Granite Lake won or placed in nine of 14 career starts while earning $222,583. He won the Oklahoma Bred Futurity(RG3), Jack Brooks Stakes(RG3), Remington Park Oklahoma Derby and was second in the Lady Bug's Moon Handicap. He was also a finalist in the Leo Stakes(G1), Eastex Handicap(G2) and Easy Jet Stakes(G3).

Granite Lake, a son of all-time leading sire First Down Dash, is the sire of earners of nearly $2 million including multiple stakes winner Chi Ter SI 106 ($380,628), the aforementioned Cold Granite Stone SI 109 ($222,583), Fly On Lake SI 103 ($199,387), etc.

Cold Granite Stone is out of the restricted Grade 2-placed stakes producing Skirt Chasin Alibi mare Hempens Chicks Alibi SI 94, dam of 100% ROM winners form starters.
