GUTHRIE, OK—JUNE 28, 2026—Leading second-crop sire Cyber Monday added another marquee qualifier to his rapidly growing resume Friday when his 2-year-old gelding Cyber Paint posted the second-fastest qualifying time on Day 1 of the Grade 1 $1,000,000 Rainbow Futurity trials at The Downs at Albuquerque.
Racing in one of 15 trials contested June 26, Cyber Paint covered 400 yards under jockey Gilberto Linares in 19.672 while earning a berth to the July 12 Grade 1 final. The gelding, from the second crop of Cyber Monday, is owned by Richard Young, Joe David Yates, and Zack Stinebaugh, who also trains him.

Cyber Monday will also be represented on the July 12 undercard by Tater Hill Senator, who earned a spot in the $100,000 Rainbow Quarter Horse Juvenile. The gelding, ridden by Jacob Enriquez, stopped the timer in 19.813 during the June 26 trials, posting the 12th-fastest time.
Owned by Haskell Rich and Jacque Rich, Tater Hill Senator was bred in Texas by Wootan Racing. The Clinton Crawford-trained gelding is out of the Louisiana Senator mare Shaw Island Senator and was sold for $40,000 at the 2025 Ruidoso Select Yearling Sale.
Cyber Paint and Tater Hill Senator's performances continue an outstanding season for his sire, who has quickly established himself as one of the industry's brightest young stallions.
Leading Sire Rankings
As of June 27, Cyber Monday leads the AQHA Leading Second-Crop Sires by Money Earned, with progeny earnings approaching $2 million in 2026 alone. Even more impressively, he ranks third among all leading 2-year-old sires for the current year and fifth overall among all Quarter Horse sires based on money earned. This places the son of Favorite Cartel alongside many of the breed's most accomplished and established stallions, despite having only two crops of racing age.
At Lazy E Ranch near Guthrie, Oklahoma, Cyber Monday is represented by 182 starters, 64 winners, 18 black-type, and nearly $3 million in total progeny earnings. He has already sired three stakes winners and six individual money earners with over $100,000.

Other headline stakes performers include Grade 1 Remington Park Futurity runner-up Whatdyathinkofmenow SI 92 ($173,657), stakes-placed Cyber Courage SI 93 ($152,198), multiple stakes performer Cyber Command III SI 99 ($125,764), and Cyber Hostage SI 98, who banked more than $120,000 during his juvenile campaign, and Entice Me Ona Monday SI 103 ($112,396).

During the 2025 yearling sale season, Cyber Monday sired 74 yearlings that sold for a combined $1,463,000, averaging $19,770 with a $17,000 median, demonstrating strong marketplace demand for his offspring as his first runners began making headlines on the racetrack.
In just two crops to race, Cyber Monday's ability to sire both elite Grade 1 performers and consistent money earners has made him one of the fastest-rising young stallions in the Quarter Horse industry.
A Grade 1 Winner
