LUTHER, OK–MAY 27, 2026–4W Farms LLC has announced the acquisition of stakes-placed stallion Regalo Coronados, who will stand at the farm in Luther, Oklahoma. In announcing the purchase, the farm stated, “We are so excited to add Regalo Coronados to 4W Farms!”
The 2018 son of Coronado Cartel raced from the age of two through eight, compiling a career record of 31 starts with 3 wins, 4 seconds, and 2 thirds while earning $95,795. Throughout his career, Regalo Coronados posted multiple AAAT speed indexes at distances ranging from 250 to 440 yards and retired sound after a lengthy racing campaign.
Among his top accomplishments, the veteran runner finished third in the 2023 John Andreini Memorial Stakes and was a finalist in both the 2024 Mike Hastings Memorial Stakes and Ruidoso Overnight Stakes #1. He also earned honors as the New Mexico Regional High Point Aged Stallion.
His sire, Coronado Cartel, has produced more than $8.3 million in progeny earnings from nine crops to race, led by Grade 1 Ruidoso Futurity winner Blue Corazon ($431,252).
Regalo Coronados is out of the winning Dashing Val mare Dianes Easter Gift and hails from a strong female family. His second dam, graded stakes winner Dianetomeetcha, earned $89,193 on the track, while third dam Dianetogetcha earned $63,373 and produced world champion sire Freighttrain B.
According to 4W Farms, Regalo Coronados’ oldest foals are now yearlings. The farm also noted that special consideration may be available for breeders producing track prospects for AQHA, APHA, ApHC, or Thoroughbred competition.
