Jumonville Farms Showcases Strength Across Generations With 2026 Stallion Roster

By Leann Noguera and Emily Paulk, Stallionesearch

VENTRESS, LA–APRIL 22, 2026–Jumonville Farms has built its reputation around stallions that deliver both on the racetrack and in the breeding shed, and that tradition continues with a trio that represents the past, present, and future of the program. From the proven influence of Hall of Fame sires Feature Mr Jess and Jess Louisiana Blue to the emerging opportunity presented by Eagles Up, the farm offers breeders a program grounded in performance, pedigree, and long-term consistency.

EAGLES UP
Eagles Up distinguished himself on the racetrack by competing at the highest levels and delivering when it mattered most. His signature performance came when he ran :19.696 in the Grade 2 EVD Futurity... faster than the :19.870 of the winner of the $1,000,000 LQHBA Louisiana Million Futurity (RG1) that was the next race (30 minutes later) on the card.

Consistency and class defined his career. From 14 lifetime starts, Eagles Up recorded five wins, three seconds, and three thirds, along with multiple graded stakes placings. Among his notable performances were placings in the Evangeline Downs Futurity (G2) and the Sam Houston Derby (G3).

Jumonville Farms bred Eagles Up before racing him in partnership with Mario Vazquez, and now has become the sole owner as he begins his stallion career in Ventress, Louisiana.

Pedigree Power

Eagles Up boasts a pedigree that blends elite speed, durability, and proven championship bloodlines:

> Sire: One Famous Eagle, a champion son of Mr Jess Perry and the sire of three All American Futurity (G1) winners and two world champions.
> First Dam: U R Blue, by Walk Thru Fire, is a multiple stakes producer that has also produced two qualifiers for the Louisiana Million Futurity (RG1) and a track-record holder.
> Second Dam: AQHA World Champion Blues Girl Too, who broke Dash For Cash’s track record while winning the Champion of Champions (G1) by 1¼ lengths in a time of :21.142.
> The female family also includes the 2025 Grade 1 winner Brown Coffee ($397,000), the 2025 Grade 2 winner Dee Blue ($398,000), and noted champions and sires such as First Down Dash, Heza Fast Dash, Dark NME, and Apocalyptical Jess.

Standing at Jumonville Farms, Eagles Up unites the legacy of One Famous Eagle with Louisiana’s rich racing and breeding tradition, offering breeders an opportunity to tap into a lineage built for success.
