GUTHRIE, OK–MARCH 7, 2026–Kiss My Hocks wasted no time making noise in the new season. The two-time AQHA Racing Champion stallion kicked off the 2026 campaign in emphatic fashion Friday night at Remington Park when Kiss Me Ina Flash delivered an impressive performance in the first night of trials for the Oklahoma Futurity.
The two-year-old filly rocketed from the gate and never looked back, drawing away to a decisive 3 1/4-length victory while posting the fastest qualifying time of the evening with a 90 speed index.
Stopping the timer in :15.472 for 300 yards over a fast track, Kiss Me Ina Flash turned in a victory that lived up to the electricity in the Oklahoma sky. The Oklahoma-bred juvenile flashed superior early speed and widened her advantage through the stretch, leaving little doubt about her place among the leading contenders heading toward the futurity final.
The daughter of Kiss My Hocks is out of Flashing My PJs, a mare who proved her own ability during a brief but productive racing career. Flashing My PJs was sired by First Moonflash. She won both a Heritage Place Futurity trial and an All American Futurity trial during her two-year-old season and later competed in the Grade 1, $3 million All American Futurity final. From just four career starts, she earned $135,130.
Kiss Me Ina Flash was purchased by Dunn Ranch for $140,000 at the 2025 Heritage Place September Yearling Sale in Oklahoma City. Based on Friday night’s performance, that investment is already beginning to look like one of the most promising yearling purchases of the sale.
Under jockey Juan Pulido, the filly went straight to the front and steadily increased her margin while going off as the 4-5 favorite. The filly was bred in Oklahoma by the Flashing My PJs Partnership.
Her sire continues to build one of the most consistent sire records in the Quarter Horse industry. Kiss My Hocks SI 109, who is a two-time champion with earnings of $1,199,385 won nine of 12 career starts during his racing career and captured multiple major stakes while establishing himself as one of the sport’s fastest performers of his era.
Now firmly established at stud, Kiss My Hocks has become a powerful influence in the breeding shed with more than $17 million in progeny earnings and an average of over $40,300 per starter. His runners include 94 black-type performers, representing approximately 23 percent of his starters.
Among his standout offspring are Mr Michel SI 107, $736,830 (1st Leo Stakes-G1, 1st SLM Big Daddy Stakes-G2, 1st Indiana Championship Stakes); Dollar Bill SI 106, $649,759 (1st TQHA Sale Futurity-G1, 1st Sam Houston Juvenile Stakes); Kempton SI 97, $646,068 (AQHA Racing Champion Two-year-old Colt, 1st Heritage Place Futurity-G1, 1st Evangeline Downs Futurity-G2); Joose Boxx SI 106, $623,927 (1st TQHA Sale Futurity-G1, 1st Oklahoma Futurity-G2, 1st Turkey Time Stakes); Kiss My Maruska SI 105, $606,226 (1st Dash for Cash Futurity-G2); Cartel Kisses SI 97, $506,440 (1st Los Alamitos Oaks-G1, 1st Rainbow Juvenile Invitational Stakes, 1st Easy Jet Stakes).
If Kiss Me Ina Flash’s trial performance is any indication, the next headline performer for the stallion may already be emerging. With her dominant effort in the Oklahoma Futurity trials, she announced herself as a serious contender for one of the earliest major futurities of the 2026 season.
