A major highlight of the evening will be several stallion breeding opportunities being offered through the silent auction, including seasons to A Tempting Proposal (Texano Oaks Ranch), Eagles Up (Jumonville Farms), EOS A Political Win (Snow Ranch LLC), Heza Fast Rogue (Brock Broussard), Hes Innocent (DSK Ltd./Louisiana Center for Equine Reproduction), Jaegar (Guerra Racing), Kiss My Maruska (Scarlett Hills Farm), Mr Piloto (Grant Farms), PYC Prize Time (Texano Oaks Ranch), and TLC Willie Cartel (Texano Oaks Ranch).
Additional auction items include but are not limited to a black and white mink luxury blanket donated by Cynthia Menard, a racehorse necklace from Rockin Out Jewelry, and an original turquoise necklace with matching earrings donated by Foster Racing & Farm LLC.
Guests will also find luxury baskets donated by Eva Jean, gourmet desserts provided by Vicki Fitzgerald, a gift bucket of veterinary supplies from Cox Veterinary, and Purina Sport-3 and MQ-1 horse feed donated by Serios Feed & Seed.

The Backside Benevolence Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation based at Louisiana Downs in Bossier City, providing in-kind assistance along with spiritual, medical, and social support to members of the racetrack backstretch community.
Working alongside Winner’s Circle Church, pastored by Chaplain Jimmy Sistrunk, the organization offers programs that include weekly church services, Vacation Bible School, English as a Second Language classes, and seasonal gatherings for backside families.
Fundraisers such as the upcoming banquet hosted by the (LQHBA) help ensure those programs and services remain available throughout the year for the individuals and families who make their living on the backside.
The event is expected to bring together owners, trainers, breeders, and racing fans for an evening of food, fellowship, and fundraising in support of the people who help keep the industry moving forward.
The LQHBA and Backside Benevolence Fund want to thank everyone who donated to the event and look forward to seeing everyone there. For additional information, please contact Chaplain Jimmy at 318-560-7466 or Misty Coats at 318-487-9506.
