ALEXANDRIA, LA—DECEMBER 5, 2025–The Louisiana Quarter Horse Breeders Association (LQHBA) has officially opened bidding for its 2026 Stallion Service Auction, a longtime fundraising effort that continues to make a meaningful impact on youth within the state’s racing community.

Bidding is now underway and will remain open until January 23, 2026, at 6 p.m. (CST). Prospective breeders can review auction terms, a bidding guide, and additional information through the association’s website.

Since the program’s inception in 2001, the LQHBA Stallion Service Auction has raised more than $950,000 to support youth scholarships—an achievement the organization and its supporters proudly celebrate. The auction has become one of the association’s most significant charitable traditions, helping create educational opportunities for Louisiana’s young people.

The LQHBA encourages breeders and supporters to participate and continue the tradition of investing in the future of the Quarter Horse industry.
