TRAFALGAR, IN–SEPTEMBER 2, 2025–Midwest Equine is proud to announce the newest addition to its 2026 stallion roster, One Valiant Hero. Chris Duke of Duke Racing recently purchased the multi-millionaire sire who will stand in Indiana for the upcoming breeding season. His 2026 fee will remain $1,500, and his foals will be eligible for the Indiana-bred program.

“Indiana is building momentum, and we want breeders to have access to a proven, affordable sire right here in the state,” said Chris Duke. “One Valiant Hero has already shown he can sire winners at stakes level, and we believe his move to Indiana will give breeders another strong option while strengthening the program overall.”

One Valiant Hero is the sire of 15 black-type horses with $2.5 million in progeny earnings and an average of $21,000 from 119 starters.
