PRINEVILLE, OR–JULY 18, 2026–The Prize Ferarri continued his winning ways with a victory in the $20,000 Rhoden Memorial on July 18 at Crooked River Roundup.

Ridden by Jaime Lopez, the eight-year-old gelding races for RTM Stables LLC and Bryon Goody and is trained by Mark Hanson. Bred by Weetona Stanley, the $22,000 Heritage Place Yearling Sale graduate is by The Louisiana Cartel and out of the Mr Jess Perry mare Ferarri Fast Prize.

The Prize Ferarri is a half-brother to Grade 3 Keokuk Stakes winner Ferrari James ($350,679) and stakes winner Ferrari B ($62,532), while his female family includes AQHA Champion Dark Nme ($1,739,485).

He covered 250 yards in :13.267, earning a 94 speed index. The $10,000 winner's share increased his earnings to $218,343 while improving his record to 25 wins, seven seconds, and six thirds from 41 starts.

His lengthy stakes record includes victories in the Governor's Stakes, White Pine Raceway Governor's Stakes, two editions of the White Pine Stakes, the Iron Horse Maturity, Bitterroot Derby, Adequan Pocatello Downs Derby Challenge, and the Pocatello Downs Juvenile Challenge.

Kr Cartels Calamity finished second under Ramiro Jimenez for owner Luis A. Gonzales and trainer Jose Rosales Gomez.

Bred by Kidd Ranch, the three-year-old Heritage Place Yearling Sale graduate is by Five Bar Cartel and out of the Foose mare Kr Calamity. He covered the 250 yards in :13.358 for a 91 speed index.

Kr Cartels Calamity now sports a record of four wins, four seconds, and two thirds from 12 starts with earnings of $78,604. He entered the race off a runner-up effort in the Grants Pass Derby Challenge Stakes and previously finished third in the Gary & Sherilyn Blattner Memorial Derby and the Far West Futurity while running fourth in the Grade 3 Bitterroot Futurity.

Mr Royal Cartel rallied for third under Erick De Luna for owner Alberto Renteria and trainer Jose Rosales Gomez.

Bred by Ismael Villarreal, the four-year-old gelding is by The Cartel Hawk and out of the Royal Shake Em mare Miss Royal Rumble. He completed the distance in :13.446, earning an 87 speed index.

Mr Royal Cartel now owns a record of four wins, three seconds, and four thirds from 16 starts with earnings of $63,999. He entered the Rhoden Memorial off a finalist effort in the Director's Handicap and previously won the Far West Futurity while finishing second in the Emerald Downs Juvenile Challenge Stakes and third in the Autumn Derby.

Da Bros Cartel finished fourth and was followed by Cpr A American Eagle, Tonny Montana, and Dc Ladys Dashn Eagle. Hunny Moon was scratched.
