Monday, Aug. 17, is the consignment deadline for THE 44th Annual Heritage Place Fall Mixed Sale.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—AUGUST 13, 2026—Heritage Place is reminding horsemen that consignments for the 49th Annual Heritage Place Fall Mixed Sale, scheduled for November 5, 6, and 7, 2026, are due Monday, August 17.

The three-day Fall Mixed Sale will be held at the Heritage Place Sales Pavilion in Oklahoma City.

Consignors who submit their entries by the August 17 deadline will pay a $650 consignment fee per entry. Heritage Place noted that consignments must be received either through its online consignment system or in the sales office by August 17 to qualify.

Online consignment forms are currently available through Heritage Place or by CLICKING HERE.

Consignors are also reminded of the October 30 deadline to submit promotional photos or video slideshows for their sale entries.

For the promotional material, consignors may submit either a single photo or create a Vimeo or YouTube slide show featuring four photos showing all four sides of the horse. The promotional material should be emailed to Shari at Heritage Place by October 30.

The 2026 edition will mark the 49th Annual Heritage Place Fall Mixed Sale, one of the industry's longstanding year-end marketplaces for racing and breeding stock.
