SHELBYVILLE, IN–SEPTEMBER 15, 2025–Ld Dash N Flash, a colt by champion Carters Cartel, was the sale-topper at the just-completed September 12-14, 2025 Online QHRAI Speed Sale.
Sales officials reported 13 of the 47 horses cataloged grossed $80,600, a $6,200 average, and $5,100 median.
Claudio Barraza paid $16,600 for Hip #7 Ld Dash N Flash from the consignment of Librado Barraza. Out of the Mr Jess Perry mare Prairie Fire, Ld Dash N Flash is a full sibling to Jaugar Rocket Futurity winner Daddys Moe and half-sibling to stakes winner Fire The Cartel and Foose On Fire.
Normando Jimenez purchased the second high-seller, Hip #14 Oh Look A Penny for $12,000. Cesar Cano consigned the Tarzanito filly out of Tw Love Capo de Capi by Capo de Capi. This is the family of world champion Blues Girl Too.
Jimenez was the sale's leading buyer with three purchases totaling $19,900. Claudio Barraza had one purchase for $16,500 and Cesar Esqueda paid $9,200 for two head.
Librado Barraza was the sale's leading consignor or agent, selling one for $16,500. Cesar Cano had one for $12,000, and Mark and Teresa Myers sold two for $10,900.
Jess Zoomin was the leading sale sire (by average with two or more sold) with two-yearlings averaging $5,450, and Jess Being Valiant had two for a $3,450 average.
Yearlings offered for bid through the online sale are eligible to enter the $30,000-aded Speed Sale Overnight Stakes.
