CYPRESS, CA–MAY 1, 2026– Reigning AQHA Champion 3-Year-Old Filly and PCQHRA Horse of the Year, Shaken Goin On, makes her highly anticipated 2026 debut in the Grade 3, $50,000 Miss Princess Handicap—a race she won last year en route to championship honors.

The 4-year-old superstar headlines a competitive nine-race program on Sunday night at Los Alamitos. The card also features the return of the track’s top distance horse, Alphabetical Order, who has won eight of his last 10 starts around the turn at the Orange County oval. Post time for the first race is 5:40 PM.

Shaken Goin On, a homebred for Abel Flores and James Sills, looks to secure her fifth career stakes victory at Los Alamitos in the 350-yard Miss Princess, carded as race nine. Under the guidance of trainers Eddie Willis and Albert Valles, the daughter of Freighttrain B was the undisputed queen of the track last season, winning the Grade 1 Los Alamitos Oaks and the Grade 2 Southern California Derby.

She enters her seasonal debut in solid form after clocking a pair of sharp turn and works here at 220 yards. Shaken Goin On will also look to defend her Miss Princess title after defeating aged mares in this race last year.

"We had a great time racing her in California," Sills noted during the PCQHRA awards banquet. "We hope [Shaken Goin On] does some good."

The mare is ready to pick up right where she left off, boasting a career record of 10 wins from 17 starts and earnings of $412,220. Regular pilot Justine Klaiber, who was aboard for all four of her stakes wins last year, will ride the champion from post four.

The field features one 3-year-old filly: Jose Luis Valdez’s Val Baby, who finished second against the boys in the James Smith Handicap at 35-1 odds. Jonathan Roman will ride the Foose filly for trainer Ramiro Zuazo as she looks to duplicate Shaken Goin On’s accomplishment of beating older runners in this race.

Budder Off Friends, Racy Favorite, VGK Zigfield Follies, Quick She Is, and AJ Flawless round out the field.
