OKLAHOMA CITY, OK–MAY 30, 2026Keith Stallbories, founder of RaceView Network and a longtime fixture in Quarter Horse racing media, passed away this weekend.

Stallbories was best known as the driving force behind RaceView Network, a video and streaming service that provided race coverage across the country, training race broadcasts, and replay services for horsemen, owners, breeders, and racing fans.

His work became closely tied to Oklahoma racing, particularly at Remington Park, where RaceView Network's training race coverage became a valuable resource throughout the industry.

Before live streaming became standard throughout racing, Stallbories was helping deliver video coverage to a wider audience through RaceView Network and his earlier production work with UViewMedia Productions. Over the years, his broadcasts documented countless horses, races and racing careers while helping connect the sport with fans across North America.

Though much of his work took place behind the camera, Stallbories became a familiar and respected presence throughout the Quarter Horse industry. His dedication to racing media spanned decades and helped preserve an important part of the sport's history.

Friends and colleagues remember him not only for his contributions to racing, but for the way he treated people. He was known as a gentle soul whose kindness and willingness to help others left a lasting impression on those who knew him.

Keith Stallbories was truly one of a kind and will be deeply missed throughout the Quarter Horse racing community.

He is survived by his wife, Carrie Kluck Stallbories. Funeral and memorial service arrangements are pending and will be announced once they become available.
