BOSSIER CITY, LA–MARCH 28, 2026– StallioneSearch.com opens its 2026 Louisiana Quarter Horse racing coverage with closing day at Louisiana Downs in Bossier City, highlighted by a recap of the Louisiana Downs Futurity (G2).
The 46-day meet, which began January 12, concluded Saturday, March 28, anchored by the richest race of the season, the $431,440 Mardi Gras Futurity (RG2), along with the $313,008 Louisiana Downs Futurity (G2). Headlining the evening,
Whoopie Cowgirl remained unbeaten in two starts with a victory in the Louisiana Downs Futurity, leading a sweep by the top three qualifiers.
