Heritage Place Winter Mixed Sale Catalogs Will Be Sent On January 7

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—JANUARY 5, 2026—Heritage Place reminds everyone that the 48th Annual Heritage Place Winter Mixed Sale is set for January 15, 16 and 17, 2026, with the sale beginning promptly at 10:00 a.m. each day.

The Winter Mixed Sale catalog is available to view online, and horsemen can also access it through the QData Catalog App on a phone or tablet. Heritage Place reported a mailing delay beyond its control, with printed catalogs being sent on Wednesday, January 7. Catalogs are expected to begin arriving by the end of the week and will be available on site during the sale.

For those planning to participate remotely, registration for online bidding closes Tuesday, January 13 at 5:00 p.m. CST. Bidders must complete the online bidding form no later than 5:00 p.m. two days prior to the sale, and advance payment is required for all online bidding. Online bidding instructions are available through HERE.

Activities begin Wednesday, January 14, with a Pre-Sale Party from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. featuring live music by Steve Crossley, along with food, drinks and viewing of sale horses. The evening continues immediately afterward with the announcement of the 2025 AQHA Racing Champions at 6:00 p.m. in the auditorium.

Selling begins Thursday, January 15 at 10:00 a.m. with breedings benefiting the Sam Thompson Foundation offered first, including Tres Seis, Golden Boi, Freighttrain B, Kiss My Hocks, Hes Relentless and Dulce Sin Tacha. Session One follows immediately, covering Hips 1 through 354.

On Friday, January 16, the sale again starts at 10:00 a.m. with Sam Thompson Foundation benefit breedings featuring One Famous Eagle, Cyber Attack, Jess Good Candy, KJ Mucho Macho Man and Flying Cowboy 123, followed immediately by Session Two, Hips 355 through 708. After the session, Heritage Place will host an OQHRA Reception in the Restaurant and Club with live entertainment by the Way Out West Band, sponsored by the Oklahoma City Convention & Visitors Bureau and OQHRA.

The sale concludes Saturday, January 17, opening at 10:00 a.m. with breedings benefiting The Madeline Schaar Veterinary Memorial Scholarship, including Eye On The Card, EC Jet One, Just A Kool Boy, Streakin La Jolla, Mr Piloto and Hes Innocent. Session Three follows immediately and will sell Hips 709 through 1062.
