The Oklahoma Bred registry staff has temporarily moved its operations to the Heritage Place sales office through December.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK–NOVEMBER 21, 2025–The Oklahoma Bred registry staff has temporarily relocated to the sales office at Heritage Place through the end of December. During this period, office hours will be 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

While the staff is based at Heritage Place, the registry fax machine will not be in operation. Owners are asked to send all correspondence via email or regular mail for the duration of the move.

Owners are also reminded that the 2025 foal registration deadline and broodmare registration deadline are quickly approaching on December 31. Completed paperwork must be submitted on or before that date.

All Oklahoma Bred forms are available online HERE. Forms may be emailed to okbred@ohrc.ok.gov. The Registry can be reached by phone at 405-313-8997.
