The OQHRA reminds owners that Oklahoma Bred Recipient Mare Forms for embryo transfers are due November 1st with no fee; late submissions will be assessed a $100 fee per form.

GUTHRIE, OK–OCTOBER 7, 2025– The Oklahoma Quarter Horse Racing Association (OQHRA) sent out a reminder to owners participating in embryo transfer programs that Recipient Mare Forms are due November 1st. Forms submitted by this date will be accepted with no fee.

Any forms received after November 1st will incur a $100.00 late fee per form, so owners are encouraged to submit their paperwork early to ensure eligibility for the 2026 foaling season.

Completed forms should be submitted directly to the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission (OHRC) prior to the deadline.
