SLC Racing, LLC. Presents 15 Elite Bloodlines At 2026 Heritage Place Yearling Sale

SLC Racing, LLC. will present a select group of 15 yearlings representing 15 elite bloodlines at the 2026 Heritage Place Yearling Sale, scheduled for September 16-19 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Spread across all four days of the sale, the SLC Racing consignment brings together a diverse collection of pedigrees from champions, Grade 1 winners, proven producers, and some of the most recognizable families in Quarter Horse racing.

This group represents progeny of Flying Cowboy 123, KJ Mucho Macho Man, Dulce Sin Tacha, Tell Cartel, Bolt Of Fire, Big Daddy Cartel, Coronas Leaving You, One Fabulous Eagle, Aint He Tempting, FDD Dynasty, Cyber Monday, Freighttrain B, and This Is An Eagle.
For SLC Racing, LLC. owner, breeder, and trainer Shae Cox, the Heritage Place consignment represents the culmination of a process that began long before the yearlings entered sale preparation.
“This group of yearlings is the root of what every breeder and owner dreams of, from making breeding decisions and foaling them out to watching them grow and develop,” Cox said. “Now, seeing them display the athleticism and conformation we hoped for makes us proud of what we are bringing to Heritage Place. We believe there is something in this group for a variety of buyers, and we are excited to present them.”
Among the early offerings is Hip 90, Singleflashinmotion, a sorrel gelding by KJ Mucho Macho Man and out of stakes-placed Blazin Force. His dam earned $91,687 and placed in the Grade 2 NMHBA Stakes. The family also includes stakes performers Blazin Moon Force, Docs Blazin Gal, and Blazin Mr Jess.
Hip 93, Faith Like Kirk, is a sorrel colt by AQHA Champion 2-Year-Old Colt Flying Cowboy 123, whose progeny include multiple Grade 1 and graded stakes winners. He is out of stakes-placed Tempting Violet, a daughter of Tempting Dash who earned $50,923 and was a Grade 1 finalist. His second dam, Sweet Violets, is a stakes winner and multiple graded-stakes performer. The family has also produced Hock It Is, runner-up in the Grade 2 Dash For Cash Futurity, and Casino Talk, winner of the Grade 1 Ruidoso Futurity.
Hip 203, Storm Ina Shot Glass, a bay colt by Champion Dulce Sin Tacha, is out of the four-time winner Regal Dynasty, by FDD Dynasty. His second dam, Regally Rare, is a half-sister to Champion 2-Year-Old Colt Foose. The extended family includes AQHA Supreme Race Horse AJs High, a 15-time winner with earnings of $854,238, and numerous other graded stakes performers.
Hip 292, Tell You Like It Is, is a sorrel gelding by Champion Tell Cartel and the first foal of Aspicy Stoli. His female family is led by stakes winner Spicy And Special, a finalist in both the Grade 1 Sale Futurity and the Grade 1 Retama Derby. The family also includes Grade 1 Lee Berwick Futurity winner Carters Yachtz and multiple stakes performers.
Hip 438, Fear My Fire, is a gray gelding by Bolt Of Fire out of Twisted Dash, by Tempting Dash. Twisted Dash has already produced multiple winners, including A Twisted Cowboy, a $23,751 winner who placed in the Heritage Place Juvenile, and A Twisted Cowgirl. The deeper female family is highlighted by Grade 1 winner Tough To Bee, a multiple graded stakes winner with earnings of $744,878.
Hip 465, Daddy Zoom, is a gray filly by Big Daddy Cartel and the first foal of Zzzuuum Zoom, a winning daughter of Favorite Cartel. Her second dam, Apollitical Zoom, was a multiple stakes winner and a Grade 1 performer. Apollitical Zoom has also produced Political Rivalry, a seven-time winner with earnings of $503,937, who captured the Ed Burke Million Futurity [G1] and the PCQHRA Breeders Futurity [G2].
Hip 481, Leaveyoulikeitsfunny, is a bay colt by Grade 2 winner Coronas Leaving You and out of Mighty Revenant, a multiple-winning daughter of A Revenant. Coronas Leaving You has sired 32 stakes winners, including Champion Open Me A Corona and Grade 1 winners San Lorenzo and First Prize Bourban. The colt's female family adds further Grade 1 strength through Mightys First Call, a six-time winner of $322,797 and a Grade 1 performer, and Dynastys First Call, winner of $170,971 and the Grade 1 Dash For Cash Futurity. The extended family also includes multiple graded stakes winner A First Caller, Grade 1 Ruidoso Futurity runner-up Fast First Call, and First Corona Call, a winner of $499,328.
Hip 551, Magnanamas, adds another deep Grade 1 family to the SLC Racing consignment. The sorrel colt is by One Fabulous Eagle and out of stakes winner La Rusa, a four-time winner with earnings of $86,643. The family includes Los Alamitos Two Million Juvenile winner El Arizona Kid and J Fire Up, an AQHA Champion 2-Year-Old and Champion 2-Year-Old Filly who earned more than $1.4 million and won the Los Alamitos Two Million Futurity [G1] and the Golden State Million Futurity [G1].
Hip 604, Aint He Fearless B, is a sorrel gelding by Aint He Tempting and out of Fearless Dash. The pedigree is anchored by AQHA Dam of Distinction Fearless Freda, whose extensive progeny record includes Champion Aged Stallion Fredricksburg and Grade 1 winner Fredaville. The family has produced generations of graded stakes winners and performers.
The influence of Champion FDD Dynasty is represented by Hip 636, Ill Call Your Bluff, a brown filly out of Mighty Revenant, by A Revenant. The immediate family includes Grade 1 winner Mightys First Call, who has earned $322,797, along with Fast First Call, Call Me First Fast, and other graded stakes performers from a family that has succeeded at Ruidoso, Zia Park, and throughout the Southwest.
Hip 764, Blazin By Faith, is a brown filly by FDD Dynasty and out of Effortlessly Blazin. Her dam is a five-time winner with earnings of $49,058, and the immediate family includes stakes-placed Miss Blazin First and stakes winner Blazin Force. The family has also produced Docs Blazin Gal, Blazin Mr Jess, Air Force Won, and numerous graded stakes performers.
Hip 815, Imma Material Girl, a sorrel filly by Cyber Monday, is the first foal of Burnt Orange Eagle, by One Famous Eagle. Her second dam, Yellow Rose B, is a sister to graded stakes performer Mon Ti Dash. The family is highlighted by Louisiana Champions Day Derby winner Mon Ti Rose, who has earned $284,169, and includes several Grade 1 and graded stakes performers.
Hip 832, Time Is A Thief, is a brown filly by Freighttrain B and out of Time Is Tempting, by Tempting Dash. Her female family provides immediate black type through Grade 1 winner Time For Jess, a seven-time winner with earnings of $389,829, along with Grade 1 Rainbow Oaks winner Miss Beth Dutton and multiple Grade 1 finalist Wired 440. The pedigree is paired with Freighttrain B, sire of more than 50 stakes winners and earners of more than $20 million.
Hip 956, Arrogant Surprise, is a sorrel colt by KJ Mucho Macho Man and out of Ms Diamond Cartel, a winning daughter of Carters Cartel who qualified for the LQHBA Sale Futurity [R] [G1]. His pedigree traces directly to AQHA Dam of Distinction and Broodmare of the Year First Prize Dash, a member of one of Quarter Horse racing’s most influential female families. Among the family’s numerous standouts are Grade 1 winners First Prize Leesa, First Carolina, and Fast First Prize, adding generations of proven performance to his pedigree.
Hip 1071, Savage Not Average, is a sorrel gelding by This Is An Eagle and out of Pretty In Prada, by Stoli. His female family traces through She A Miracle to Grade 1 Texas Classic Futurity Winner Sure Shot B, who earned $573,548, and to multiple graded stakes winner Miracle Streakin, who earned $139,955. The extended family is rich in black type, with stakes and graded stakes performers throughout the pedigree.
From champion sires and million-dollar performers to influential broodmare families and first foals with significant potential, the 2026 SLC Racing consignment reflects the program's emphasis on pedigree, athleticism, and the preparation of young horses for their next chapter.
The 15 yearlings will be offered throughout the four-day Heritage Place Yearling Sale, giving buyers the opportunity to inspect the SLC Racing consignment from the opening session through the final day.
“For us, it isn't just about getting them to the sale,” Cox added. “There is a lot of time, thought, and work behind each yearling. Whether we bred them, raised them, or were trusted to prepare them for a client, our goal is the same: to have each horse looking and feeling its best when it walks into the sale ring.”
