Graded Stakes Winners Edberg Verde & Alliekat Dynasty Set Their Sights On $30,000 OQHRA Fall Classic At Will Rogers Downs

A competitive field of eight Quarter Horses will line up on Sunday, November 8, for the $30,000 OQHRA Fall Classic Stakes at Will Rogers Downs. The 400-yard event features graded stakes winners Edberg Verde and Alliekat Dynasty, with post time set for approximately 3:20 p.m. as the card's ninth race.

Edberg Verde enters Sunday's race with a three-race winning streak, including a victory in the Grade 2 $50,000 Two Rivers Stakes at Prairie Meadows on September 25. The 6-year-old stallion took an early lead in the 400-yard event and held off Curls Magic Wagon for the win.

Earlier this season, Edberg Verde captured a 350-yard allowance on August 23 and a 400-yard optional claiming allowance on July 31. With three wins, a second, and a third in seven starts this year, the Brazilian-bred stallion has five career victories in 24 starts and earnings of $140,683.

Owned and bred by Mauro Eli Zaborowsky, Edberg Verde is a son of No Secrets Here, out of the Fishers Dash mare Roxy Vista Br. Trainer Jason Olmstead will saddle the stallion from post four, with jockey Ramiro H. Garcia aboard.

Alliekat Dynasty brings an accomplished stakes record into the race, with 11 career victories and $402,392 in earnings. The 5-year-old mare captured the Grade 1 $126,000 Cox Ranch Distaff Challenge Championship at Albuquerque in October 2025, after winning the Grade 3 $34,000 Will Rogers Downs Distaff Challenge Stakes. Alliekat Dynasty also finished runner-up in the Grade 1 $100,000 Junos Request Stakes at Remington Park.

Still seeking a first victory in three starts this season, Alliekat Dynasty most recently finished fourth in the Grade 3 $30,000 Miss Ellen Stakes at Will Rogers Downs on October 18 after being crowded at the start.

Bred in Oklahoma by Jahree Standridge, Alliekat Dynasty is a daughter of FDD Dynasty, out of the Apollitical Jess mare Pollitical Scorpion. The mare races for Arrowhead Racing (Anita Ruiz) and is trained by Jesus Ruben Ruiz. Jockey Gonzalo Gutierrez will guide Alliekat Dynasty from post one.

Edberg Verde will aim to extend a three-race winning streak, while Alliekat Dynasty seeks a return to winning form in Sunday's $30,000 OQHRA Fall Classic at Will Rogers Downs.
