Willie Lump Lump Goes From Maiden Winner To Stakes Winner In Seven Days

ROCK VIEW COUNTY, ALB–OCTOBER 19, 2024–Oklahoma-bed Willie Lump Lump (6-1) got his second consecutive win and first stakes victory at Century Downs on Saturday when he won the $15,736(US) Century Downs Distance #4 Stakes by 3-1/4 lengths.

Starting off a maiden win seven days ago in the $17,370(CAN) Late Bloomer Maiden Stakes (not black type) at Century Downs, Willie Lump Lump led most of the race under jockey Daniel Tavares, completing the 770 yards in 41.743 seconds into a 15 mph headwind.
