Gf Shes Sinful Captures $350,000 Downs at Albuquerque Fall Quarter Horse Championship (G1)

Gf Shes Sinful added another Grade 1 victory to her growing résumé Saturday night when she defeated a strong field of older horses in the $350,000 Downs at Albuquerque Fall Quarter Horse Championship (G1) at Albuquerque Downs.

Sent away as the 7-5 favorite, Gf Shes Sinful broke sharply from the outside post and kept to her task throughout the 440 yards to defeat Hard To Politic by one-half length. The 3-year-old filly stopped the timer in :20.760, earning a 105 speed index over a fast racing surface. A 4-mph headwind was reported.

The victory was worth $175,000 for owner All In Partners and boosted Gf Shes Sinful's career earnings to $749,038 from 11 starts, with seven wins, two seconds, and one third.

In addition, the Albuquerque Fall QH Championship provides a presumptive berth to the Champion of Champions, scheduled for December 12 at Los Alamitos Race Course.
