Dance The Dust Off Races To Second Stakes Victory This Season In Governor's Cup 870 Handicap

EVANSTON, WY–JULY 13, 2024–Starting off a win in the AQHA Wyoming Distance Challenge last month, Grade 1 winner Dance The Dust Off raced to his second stakes victory this season with a one-length effort in the $22,400 Governor's Cup 870 Handicap at Wyoming Downs.

Under regular rider Nakia Teeter, Dance The Dust Off broke alertly, then moved around foes to complete the 870 yards in 45.542 seconds, equaling a 96-speed index with a 10 mph tailwind. He has won three of three starts this season.

Trainer Tori Hadley saddled the 8-year-old son of Coronas Blackdiamond to his 14th career win for owner Jewel L. Ramirez.
