StallioneSearch.com begins its wrap-up coverage of the final weekend of racing for Sandy Ridge Racetrack and Casino in Ashland, Kentucky, with webcast coverage of the $266,250 BOCO Futurity.
In this episode, StallioneSearch was on hand at Sandy Ridge Racetrack to capture the inaugural running of the futurity’s 350-yard final, as the top three fastest qualifiers from the August 19 trials returned to finish 1-2-3. Second-fastest qualifier Keep On Rollin 123 stopped the timer in :17.300 under jockey Luis L. Vivanco, defeating Shesainnocentpiloto by a neck, with third-fastest qualifier Nena C another head back in third.
The victory was the third straight for Keep On Rollin 123, who has won three of four career starts. He finished second in his debut at Sam Houston Race Park in May before breaking his maiden at Horseshoe Indianapolis in July. He followed with a victory in his BOCO Futurity trial, where he recorded the second-fastest qualifying time.
