Lone Star Park To Offer Free Flu Vaccinations To Licensed Horsemen November 6

Lone Star Park has announced that free flu vaccinations will be available to all licensed horsemen on Friday, November 6, as part of an effort to promote health and wellness among racing industry participants.

The complimentary vaccinations will be administered from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (CST) in the Racing Administration Building at Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie, Texas.

Track officials are encouraging licensed horsemen to take advantage of the free service as the fall racing season continues and the annual flu season approaches.

The vaccination opportunity is available at no cost to licensed horsemen, providing a convenient way for trainers, jockeys, and other licensed racing participants to protect themselves against seasonal influenza.

For additional information, horsemen may visit the Horsemen's Information section of the Lone Star Park website or contact the racing office at (972) 237-1130, (888) 4-RACING, or by email at racing@lonestarpark.com.
